Deb Simon

With an eye for composition, Deb’s photographs snap with impact and detail rounding out her instantly recognizable style. As an added challenge, her subjects are often uncooperative exotic animals. Deb has won multiple awards, including 2007 Dayton Photographer of the Year. Her images have been published in a number of calendars and magazine covers, and used by various entities including the National Audubon Society. The Columbus Zoo declared Deb to be, “The best tiger photographer we’ve seen in over 20 years”. She is an official volunteer photographer for both the Cincinnati Zoo and Toledo Zoos which use her images for publicity. In 2010 one of Deb’s photos was selected to represent the Cincinnati Zoo as their Christmas Holiday card. In her free time Deb enjoys life with her Dobermans, and volunteering for a Doberman Rescue.
